This fall, INVASIVE SPECIES is our theme. We'll give you many tastings of that, but none quite as literal as this day!

You can taste grilled Pacific oysters and slipper snails. Our nature guides are at the ready and make delicious hapsers of the two invasive species that thrive in Danish waters to such an extent that our native species suffer below.

One solution to the problem posed by the invasive Pacific oysters and slipper snails may be to eat them! Both are there to just go out into the water and pick, completely free and fresh from the water.

So come and get a taste - maybe you can be convinced to eat more oysters and slipper snails in the future.

Free tastings are available for the first 50 guests.
